Fixes #305. Postgres pool size was hardcoded to 5 with no config knob. Adds
JERRYCAN_DB_POOL_SIZE: a positive value wins verbatim; unset/garbage/zero falls back to max(5, available_parallelism*2). SQLite stays single-connection. Pureresolve_pg_pool_sizefn with a unit test covering all three cases. No new deps, no version bump.
