Fixes #303. Native CREATE TYPE ... AS ENUM columns were dropped → hollow entities + silent seed loss. Root cause: enum keys are stored schema-qualified (public.status) but a column's type resolves bare (status), so unqualified enum refs (Supabase's dump form) never matched and hit the 'no deterministic design type' dead end. One-line public-default fallback at the lookup reconciles it, reusing the existing inline-CHECK-IN → field.values path. Column + seed data now survive; hollow-entity warning gone. Migrator + integration tests added, green. No version bump.
