This PR addresses several critical issues identified in the scanner module:

  1. Race Condition in Browser Initialization: Multiple concurrent scan requests could trigger multiple browser launches. I've added a browserPromise to ensure only one browser is launched and shared across requests.
  2. Lifecycle Management: Added OnModuleDestroy to ScannerService and enabled shutdown hooks in main.ts to ensure the browser instance is properly closed when the application shuts down.
  3. Privacy Policy Analysis Bug: The privacy policy analysis was navigating the main page instance to the policy URL, which broke subsequent analysis steps (like technology detection). It now uses a separate temporary page.
  4. Type Safety: Removed several (this.prisma as any) casts that were present due to missing Prisma client generation.
  5. Testing: Added unit tests for ScannerService to verify the fix for concurrent browser initialization and lifecycle management.
