docs(branding): add plugin icon and embed in README and manual#9

Add the suite-wide brand icon (gold-on-charcoal heraldic emblem, part of the Metal up your ass branding rollout) as a generated asset under docs/assets/, and embed it centered above the README and user manual titles. AGPLv3-repo asset.
