What

Repositions the README to match the project's actual current reality:

  • Frames Basou as a personal Claude Code tool, not a supported product.
  • Splits adapter scope into Today (Claude Code only — the one implemented
adapter) vs Roadmap (Codex, OpenCode as agent CLIs on the same
process-wrap model; OpenRouter / Ollama tracked separately as a per-request
    capture mode, not yet designed).
  • Replaces the dogfood-ready status badge with personal-tool.
  • Removes the non-English tagline line (the README is English-only).

Version reference fixes

The version badge read v0.3.0 while package.json is at v0.4.0. Corrected the
header badge, the package table, and the basou --version example to v0.4.0,
and made the test-count note version-agnostic instead of asserting a stale
number.

Scope

Docs-only. No code or data-format changes.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- Frame the project as a personal Claude Code tool, not a supported product
- Split adapter scope into Today (Claude Code only) vs Roadmap (Codex,
OpenCode; OpenRouter/Ollama tracked as a separate per-request capture mode)
- Replace the dogfood-ready status badge with personal-tool
- Remove the non-English tagline line (English-only README convention)
- Fix stale version references (v0.3.0 -> v0.4.0 in badge, package table,
  and `basou --version`); make the test-count note version-agnostic
