Summary

Bump @basou/core, @basou/cli, @basou/sdk and the unscoped basou placeholder to 0.66.0 and date the ## Unreleased section of CHANGELOG.md as ## 0.66.0 — 2026-10-08.

Why

Ships #332: the commands that read or write a workspace's trail now resolve a workspace view (and a portfolio member) the way the other commands do, init, project new, exec and run say when they are run from a workspace view instead of advising git init, and the capture-coverage report of basou view --portfolio --check counts a registered view or member as the workspace it resolves to.
