Bump-only release of 0.71.2.

The release carries the three fixes merged since 0.71.1:

• basou: Import a forked Claude Code transcript without the records it copied #377: basou import claude-code (and basou refresh) imports a forked Claude Code transcript without the records it copied from the conversation it forked. A session imported with the copies before is re-derived in place on the next import.
• basou: Name the keys a kind takes when a board refuses one, point the guide at the reference, draw a string measure without its unit, and give each record its own time #376: a key no version of its kind takes is refused with the keys the kind takes; basou board guide points at the reference for its own version; a measure whose value is a string is drawn without its unit; the board page's list of records and the guide give each record's own recorded_at, which basou board record now takes after it measures again.
• basou: Keep the order of imported Claude Code transcripts when their birth times change #378: the transcripts already imported keep the order in which their sessions begin when their birth times change.

The CLI help and the SDK are unchanged.

Verification on 1058ff9: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile (lockfile unchanged), pnpm -r build, pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint, pnpm lint:lang, pnpm lint:paths, pnpm test and pnpm test:scripts all exit 0 (core 2934 passed and 1 skipped, sdk 67, cli 1592, scripts 21); basou --version prints 0.71.2 (build 1058ff9, ...).
