Release of 0.72.0.

• packages/{basou,core,cli,sdk}/package.json: 0.71.2 -> 0.72.0
• CHANGELOG.md: ## Unreleased -> ## 0.72.0 - 2026-10-20, and the size of the guide for 39 http observations measured again on this build (70,849 bytes, measured before basou: Draw a board record's observations as their kind reads, every measure, its repos and components, and say where the declaration changed #381 added to the guide, is now 71,275)

The release carries the two changes merged since 0.71.2 for basou board (experimental):

• basou: Refuse a board observation value not in its kind's shape, and print an http observation as its whole entry #380: basou board record refuses an observation's value not in the shape its kind gives it; basou board guide makes an http observation in one block that prints its whole entry, and says what each kind gives once.
• basou: Draw a board record's observations as their kind reads, every measure, its repos and components, and say where the declaration changed #381: the board page draws a record's observations as their kind reads, every measure, and the repos and components it measured; the text of basou board measure and basou board record says where the declaration changed since the previous record.

Neither changes board_version 3, record_version 3, or the JSON the commands print. The CLI help and the SDK are unchanged.

Verification on 7a98361 (the same tree but the CHANGELOG line): pnpm install --frozen-lockfile (lockfile unchanged), pnpm -r build, pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint, pnpm lint:lang, pnpm lint:paths, pnpm test (core 2964 passed and 1 skipped, sdk 67, cli 1599) and pnpm test:scripts (21) all exit 0; on 8815c27, pnpm test:scripts and pnpm -r build exit 0 and basou --version prints 0.72.0 (build 8815c27, ...).
