get dependencies, save in local folder libs

mvn dependency:copy-dependencies -DoutputDirectory=libs

compile

mvn compile package

run (notice the use of a backslash, indicating Windows environment)

java -cp "target\moh-erx-java-1.0.0.jar;./libs/*" PharmaNetClaim
