Follow-up discovery issue created 2026-09-22 from M0-D20 #77. It captures organization-specific facts that the product-default decision deliberately did not invent. It produces a recorded fact set, not product code.

Context

M0-D20 deferred all connectors on 2026-09-22. T2-08 stays a P2 hypothesis until measured manual effort shows which integrations save meaningful work.

Questions to answer

• During the first readiness engagement, record manual inventory, population, access, and evidence effort by source.
• Answer the ten integration questions in the M0-D20 decision for each candidate source.
• Rank connectors by measured savings and recommend whether T2-08 is scheduled.
