Plans for v0.2

Plans for the next version of gomodctl:

• Fix for #21 (gomodctl check throws panic)
• A command for the license information - @ormanli
• A command for security or vulnerability check - @tomchavakis
• Vulnerability check for gomodctl's own dependencies - @tomchavakis
• --version option to print the current version of gomodctl - @KenanBek
• --output support for table, list, json (issues #4 and #5) - @KenanBek

If #21 solved before all the above items we can release the next bugfix version for v0.1.
