What changed
Select CI jobs by affected runtime, cancel superseded main checks, and reuse the installer UI build in end-to-end tests. Give composer browser setup the same startup timeout as the other suites. Nightlies test and publish their development image without a redundant stable image build.
Configure advisory CodeRabbit reviews. GitHub App installation is separate; nightly publication remains disabled.
Verification
Local checks passed: 13 CI script tests, 3 composer browser tests, 19 UI end-to-end tests with the prebuilt flag, actionlint, documentation links, and the official CodeRabbit configuration schema. GitHub CI validates Windows installers and both Docker architectures.
