This PR adds unit tests for updateFileContentInTree in src/utils.test.ts.

🎯 What: Handled the missing test gap for updateFileContentInTree.
📊 Coverage: Covered multiple scenarios:

  • Happy path for updating root-level files.
  • Recursion behavior for deeply nested files.
  • Ensuring unaffected files remain untouched.
  • Graceful handling of edge cases (empty tree arrays, files that do not exist, and undefined folder children).
Result: Improved robustness, verification safety, and test coverage of pure utility methods.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16573895569082572110 started by @beingniloy

Adds comprehensive unit tests for `updateFileContentInTree` using Node's native test runner (`node:test`) and tsx to run TypeScript tests.
Includes tests for:
- Root-level file updates
- Deeply nested file updates
- Non-existent file paths
- Empty arrays
- Undefined folder children list
