Mirrors the live GitHub wiki commit (a52820e) into docs/wiki/: the security layer, the five indexability-contradiction gates, Google rich-result validation, on-page accessibility gates, and the corrected per-layer scoring model. Finding-Reference is regenerated from the registry (48 -> 67 ids); Configuration-Reference and CI-Recipes recount the failOn enum (28 -> 42 gate names, 21 error-capable). Adds Security-Layer.md and Contradictions.md. No version-numbered --write promise remains anywhere in docs/wiki/.
