chore: add a repeatable LinkedIn drafting workflow - #32

A skill that drafts one post per day in Moshiur's voice, with two guards that matter: it refuses to draft without a real thing that happened, and it measures numbers with omnirank rather than inventing them. Generic SEO-tips content is the failure mode it exists to prevent. Carries a list of unused angles so the daily cadence does not repeat itself, and the first post alongside it.

A
/linkedin-postskill plus the first drafted post. Two guards worth calling out:
omnirank auditand quotes what the tool actually printed. Also carries a checklist of unused angles so a daily cadence doesn't repeat itself, and a note that Claude cannot publish to LinkedIn — drafts go to a file for manual posting.
