# Historical archive

This repository is a historical archive of `seriesoftubes`, a grad-school-era
pipeline for Solexa / ChIP-seq data analysis.

It was built around the Python 2.7 scientific Python and bioinformatics stack of
that period, including `scripter`, `pysam`, `twobitreader`, and MACS2. It is no
longer maintained and is kept public for provenance rather than current use.
