- Split standalone skills out: anti-ai-flavor, vuln-hunting, project-launcher
- Remove MCP layer (mcp_server.py, deps), ARCHITECTURE.md duplication, AAA visual protocol, evaluations
- Trim 35 CI workflows to ruff + mypy + zero-dep smoke tests
- Rewrite SKILL.md: fix R1-R6 table to match risk_diagnose.py, add on-demand references index
- Add UTF-8 stdout reconfigure for Windows GBK consoles
- Fix packaging (scripts/init.py), verified pip install -e .
- Add tests/test_smoke.py runnable without pytest
