RV Tool

Welcome to the RV Tool repository!

This project is currently in its demo version. The goal of this tool is to provide a seamless interface for RV (a professional image and sequence viewer).

In its final form, this tool will connect to Kitsu (CGWire) to access projects and metadata regarding the shots, allowing for integrated and efficient review workflows.

Features (Demo Version)

  • Demo interface for loading and viewing sequences.
  • Structural setup for future Kitsu integration.

Planned Features

  • Kitsu Integration: Pull project details and shot metadata directly from Kitsu into the RV viewer.
  • Metadata Display: View context-specific information overlaying or alongside the media.
  • Review Tools: Add notes and statuses back to Kitsu directly from the tool.
