- Add Docker-based test environment with bats framework
- Implement unit and integration tests
- Configure GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline
- Defer tasks 0-7, 0-8, 0-9 to future epic
- Update version to 1.1.0
- Document changes in CHANGELOG.md
