Adds a complete Dutch (Netherlands) translation for the Panda Touch UI, based on the v1.0.8.0 en-GB.yml master.

Top-level key set to nl-NL
All 1173 keys translated (all keys match the en-GB master; no missing or extra keys)
All format placeholders (%s, %d, %ld, %x) preserved; comments, block scalars and 2-space indentation kept intact
Common 3D-printing loanwords kept (filament, nozzle, extruder, hotend, AMS, RFID, PTFE); "printbed" used for the heated bed
Passes WorkflowScripts/sync_translations.py locally (exit code 0)
