~40 MB MSI shrink + prunes pre-existing scrcpy/ from installs on launch. scrcpy has been uninvoked since the ws-scrcpy-web sidecar replaced native scrcpy in Phase 8a. Drops a per-sync GitHub releases API call; SeedHydrator gains a Pruned field (best-effort, logged); fake-tool fixture rename; README dep tables 5->3 auto-managed.

Removes the orphaned scrcpy ModuleDependency from AndroidDevicesModule — uninvoked since the ws-scrcpy-web sidecar replaced native scrcpy in Phase 8a (2026-04-11).
