P5 (Core -NoPostBootCleanup, Fresh #4) PASS, all 7 tests: only the Keep WU Disabled task present (no Post-Boot Cleanup), WU disabled, SetupComplete.cmd self-deleted, no cleanup-script artifacts, the 4 offline catalog writes present (0x0/0x0/0x0 + AutoDownload 0x2), Edge removed, and the planted FAKE99 SURVIVES at 0x1 after 30s -- the exact inverse of P4 Test 7, proving -NoPostBootCleanup suppresses only the runtime task, not the offline build customizations. Matrix now complete: P1-P9 + P9-static all green, additives A13-S1..S4 + A11-I3-S2 PASS, A11-I3-S1 N/A-with-rationale, zero unexplained failures. The three sign-off gates are checked; the Verdict line awaits the human sign-off.
