Hi @mortonjt this repo is a mess and basically impossible to have passing Travis tests. I made changed to my fragment-insertion recipe, but Deblur fails to build here. Could you maybe just merge my PR? The packages can be successfully build and I uploaded them to anaconda/biocore already. |

upgrade to Siavash's newer release 4.3.5, which basically now
