This change syncs the start and end dates in print.prt with those in time.sim / passed by user.
If I change the "time.sim" dates using
start_dateandend_datethey no longer match those in "print.prt" which causes no output to be written / function to fail. This change fixes that. I am not sure if this is necessary, maybe my original print.prt file is weird? but it worked for me.
