This is an unofficial and unsupported fork of RBDL.

Modifications:

- Fixed compilation with cmake 2.8.12 and other minor issues in cmake files.

- Added handling of planar joints in URDF reader. Note that this fix depends on
  Eigen, while RBDL in general does not.
