Bumps (devDependencies): - eslint ^9.39.5 -> ^10.9.1 - @eslint/js ^9.39.5 -> ^10.0.1 - @types/node ^22.10.2 -> ^26.4.0 - eslint-plugin-react-hooks ^5.2.0 -> ^7.1.1 (5.x has no eslint 10 peer) - typescript-eslint ^8.67.0 -> ^8.68.0 CI actions already at target majors (checkout@v7, setup-node@v7) — no workflow changes needed.
