Verified: lint, typecheck, build (ESM + dist-cjs twin), 77 node:test tests including both cjs-condition loader tests, prettier check. typescript deliberately untouched (TS-7 canary comes in a later wave).
Verified locally: lint, typecheck, build (ESM + dist-cjs twin), all 77 node:test tests including both cjs-condition loader tests, prettier --check.
