Only the publish workflow changed: an absent NPM_TOKEN now skips instead of failing. Tagging it is how this repo proves a release path works, and the previous tag's run is the evidence that an unproven one does not. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
