The framework upgrade (#114) invalidated the stack claims in the live, authoritative docs. Update them to Next.js 16 / React 19: - .claude/CLAUDE.md (Overview + Tech Stack table) - README.md (Frontend table + tree comment) - docs/SHARED_CONTEXT.md (App Router heading) Point-in-time/archival docs (audit reports, whitepaper, investor deck) are left as-is — they were accurate when written.
