Adds a uniform
verifyscript (mirrors the CI floor: lint + typecheck + test) so an agent gets the synchronous pass/fail signal before pushing — and the prompter stops being the smoke-tester. The reflex ("run verify before declaring done") is encoded in CLAUDE.md; stale "CI can't catch this" claims fixed.All
