The 2026-08-31 audit seeded the ratchet at the fleet's real number: 80 gaps. Waves 1-6 of the currency arc closed 79 of them in ~36 hours — every repo current on its blessed majors, the box off EOL Node 20, both flagships migrated (zod 4, Vitest, TS 6 fleet-wide). The one counted survivor is deliberate: openclaw's openai 6->7 is held until its fork-CI decision (the bitbaum fork has Actions disabled, so a merge there is unverified; the gateway's own runtime already satisfies v7's Node>=22 floor).
