Fleet TS-6 sweep, final repo alongside orangecat. 7.0.2 exists but
typescript-eslint rejects it outright ('does not support TS 7.0', canaried
2026-08-31) — 6 is the blessed major until that ships.
tsc clean, lint 0 errors, 124/124 unit test files.
