docs: refresh master-plan + audit to 2026-07-20 ground truth - #408

Settled money on a FleetCrown-linked OC project is the one ground-truth signal the capability layer can't derive itself. Fire-and-forget HMAC POST to FC /api/orangecat/events (same shared secret as entitlement); the receiver drops events for unlinked entities. Inert until the secret is set. Both docs had drifted from reality: items listed as open were already shipped. Add dated, evidence-based status banners (originals kept as snapshots). Verified done since the docs' dates: 2.1 usage metering (wired + tested, PR #405), 3.2 generic edit, 3.3 detail redesign (incl. wishlist PR #406), 0.3 fee-copy SSOT, dead-file delete, status-label + AiService SSOT collapse. Verified STILL open (corrects over-optimistic memory): SSR /discover is still client-rendered, strategic-plan.md still claims transaction fees (2.4), MockPaymentProvider stack still present (4.3). Why
Both docs had drifted: items listed as open were already shipped, so every session (and the founder) kept re-discovering done work. This adds dated, evidence-based status banners; the original snapshots are kept intact (they were accurate on their dates).
