Bump typescript 5.5.3 -> ^6.0.3 (fleet TS-6 sweep). TS 7.0.2 is blocked fleet-wide: typescript-eslint hard-errors "does not support TS 7.0" (canaried 2026-08-31). Revisit when support ships. 5.5.3→^6.0.3(fleet TS-6 sweep, apps group A).Why not 7.0.2: TS 7 is blocked fleet-wide — typescript-eslint hard-errors "does not support TS 7.0" (canaried 2026-08-31). Blessed major is 6; 6.0.3 is proven in-fleet with Next 16.
Verified: lint, typecheck, tests (82 passed / 10 skipped),
