Ask for confirmation before starting an action that would cancel grafting in progress

Description

Currently, if you're grafting an augmentation and start another action (for example working for a faction), it immediately cancels the graft, losing both the progress and money.
It'd be much more user friendly if instead you were asked "Starting this action will cancel grafting process. Are you sure?"

I have some doubts about this, before I take the PR (I'd like to do this one):

1. If we add this here, we should be consistent and add it to the other work types too (@branchtheory mentioned something similar here

Say you're working for a company. If you go to the company page and click 'work', it terminates your current working session, gives you the 'you earned x' popup, and starts the timer and gains again. Ditto with crime (where it actually restarts your crime progress) and a few others

2. This may become noisy, so I would gate it behind a setting
3. Should the API be modified as well? I don't think so, but I am not sure...

I don't know of things besides grafting that have "progress" that you risk losing. (You can just restart the given activity with no loss if you make a mistake.) So, regardless of if we want to do this at all, I don't think we would want to do this for anything being grafting.

The suggestion on Discord by branchtheory:

If the activity is the same as your current one (same crime / same company / same faction and work type / same item to graft) it should just not do anything if you attempt to start that activity. If you actually want to cancel the activity and restart it, you should do that via actually cancelling the activity and restarting it.

I don't think we need to do that. The current behavior is a bit questionable, but it's not exactly wrong or problematic. Note that it's currently consistent with how NS APIs work (if you start the same work with singularity APIs, the current work is cancelled before starting again).

If you mean asking for confirmation when starting an action that would cancel any kind of current work, then as d0sboots said, there is no need to do that. Grafting is the only action that needs a confirmation.

[2] I'll let d0sboots make the call, but I don't think we need to do it now. It may be annoying, but I want to see how many people actually need it.
