UI: Remove sleeves More Stats modal

This depends on:

• UI: Adding BN multipliers to sleeves augmentations modal #3051, which moves the multipliers table from the More Stats modal to the Manage Augmentations modal
• UI: Added bonus time to Sleeves UI #3082, which moves the bonus time stat from the More Stats modal to the main sleeve UI

If those two get approved, the More Stats modal now only shows player skills. And that's in the main sleeve UI already. So it can be deleted.

We then rearrange the remaining buttons, Travel and Manage Augmentations, so Travel stays in the same place in the UI.
