Forkmonitor runs an ancient v0.10.3 node. Turns out, v0.10.3 didn't have Maybe there's an alternative way of getting that block.. Here's the nodes getchaintips of v0.10.3 node[

Did you figure this out? I don't see any missing blocks from that list of chaintips? |
Previously, we were fetching the header but didn't end up using it as it was already in `existing`.

Added a commit to only fetch headers if we don't have them.
