Floating arrow widget hides footer icons when not full screen

As you can see , here the arrow widget is hiding the github icon link. Someone was looking for the github and unable to find it.

I think we just reduce the padding on the bottom of the footer, then it should be clearly visible. I can make that adjustment soon, or feel free to open a PR.
