Add Groups section under Communities

I suggest adding a Groups or Get Involved under Communities. It could contain:

• Reddit (r/bitcoincash and/or r/btc)
• Bitcoin Cash Fund
• Chats (IRC, Discords, Slacks)
• Mailing lists
• Twitter lists?

It's important to highlight that Bitcoin Cash is more than just software and businesses. It's also a vibrant world-wide community.

While I agree that this has value, it is hard to decide exactly which communities should get included. Also, we have a few of these already included, although they probably could be more prominent:

• The Bitcoin Cash Fund
• /r/bitcoincash
• Facebook
• bitcoin-ml

A curated twitter list seems like a nice touch. Which other resources do you think should be linked?
