Adds a third x10000009 DNS seeder alongside Luke and Leo Haf's, per the fragility concern raised in bitcoinknots#395 ("Two productive DNS seeds is a single point of fragility for the whole network's bootstrap"). seed.thelionpool.org has been live since 2026-09-27, answers x10000009 queries directly, and additionally crawls Tor and I2P for x10000009 nodes.
