Fixes the failing Audit root dependencies step (npm audit --audit-level=low) of the CI validate job on develop, and keeps Audit SDK dependencies green.

  • Bump sharp 0.35.4 to 0.35.5 (librsvg CVE-2026-96889).
  • Refresh the root lockfile to patched devalue, http-cache-semantics, smol-toml, source-map-js and undici.
  • Add an overrides entry pinning postcss-selector-parser to 7.1.6: @expressive-code/core 0.44.2 (latest, via Starlight) still depends on postcss-nested 6, whose 6.x parser has no patched release.
  • Refresh sdk/package-lock.json to patched js-yaml and brace-expansion.

Verified locally with Node 24.19.0 / npm 11.17.0: both audits report 0 vulnerabilities; build, npm test, conformance, generated-docs and SDK schema diff checks, SDK build and SDK tests (210 pass) all succeed.

Root: bump sharp to 0.35.5 (librsvg CVE-2026-96889), refresh the lockfile
to patched devalue, http-cache-semantics, smol-toml, source-map-js and
undici, and override postcss-selector-parser to 7.1.6 since
@expressive-code/core still pulls postcss-nested 6 with a vulnerable 6.x
parser. SDK: refresh the lockfile to patched js-yaml and brace-expansion.
