The NETSPHERE now has a local interactive observatory: one physical flybody animal, camera controls, a gravity experiment, and an on-demand FlyWire 630 neural reference lab. The lab preserves 127,400 neurons and all 14,687,178 stored directed connections, displaying calculated spikes, voltages, selected structural connections and published readouts.

One Docker development stack provides frontend live-reload and backend restart on port 8089, with resource ceilings, shared anatomy/connectivity and on-demand rendering. The English documentation distinguishes the passive browser body, the neural reference assay and the separate MLP-controlled flight recordings. Neural signals remain disconnected from body actuators.

The commits separate the neural core/provenance, the observatory/UI, and CI coverage.

Validation:

  • Seven physical checks passed, including contact, anatomical contracts, state isolation and native sleep/wake.
  • Brian2 comparisons matched spike indices/times and neural states; full-graph stimulus, baseline and blocked-output interventions produced the expected causal differences.
  • Browser controls displayed matching trial results; desktop and 390×844 mobile layouts were inspected with no JavaScript exceptions or failed requests. The software graphics context recovered after a viewport reset.
  • JavaScript, Python and shell syntax passed; all 66 runtime and seven neural-tool wheels are hash-pinned. CI now checks browser modules and both locks.

The 30 FPS setting is a movement target, not a hardware performance guarantee. Source data, generated caches, private agent instructions and local machine information are excluded from publication.

Preserve the published FlyWire 630 neuron universe and all signed connections in immutable, hash-verified CSR arrays. Run bounded antennal stimulus, baseline and blocked-output trials with incremental LIF dynamics.

Compare states and exact spike times against Brian2, retain source provenance and MIT attribution, and isolate hash-locked preparation tools in Docker. Numerical fixtures and full-graph interventions pass; body actuators remain disconnected.
Serve one passive flybody animal in the compiled NETSPHERE world with orbit views, a gravity experiment and measured FlyWire response diagrams. Preserve anatomical mass and contact properties while sharing reduced visual surfaces and changed pose packets.

Keep one Docker development stack on localhost:8089 with frontend live-reload, a Python watcher, 2 CPU and 1 GiB ceilings, on-demand graphics and a 30 FPS movement target. Document the disconnected motor boundary and setup in English.

Validation: seven physical checks, JavaScript/Python/shell syntax, locked wheels, all three neural UI interventions, and desktop/mobile layout. No JavaScript exceptions or failed requests in the browser check.
Extend pull-request and main-branch checks to JavaScript modules and both hash-pinned Python lockfiles. Keep existing syntax and pinned anatomy-source checks, and document the boundary between lightweight CI and local physical/neural validation.
