Threat model for extension execution mediation (decided direction bitty#1984 confinement, bitty#1985 spawn audit ledger, bitty#1986 source transparency).
Scope: new normative page docs/security/extension-execution-mediation.md plus security index row. No submodule, workflow, or config changes.
Gates: just check green locally (fmt-check, markdownlint 0 issues, links, cross-repo offline PASS, metadata, language, agents, hygiene, svg skip, state validated, actionlint); act -n dry-run success.
Status framing: pre-alpha contract, mechanisms Implemented-only in bitty main, nothing Verified. All five residuals stated without downgrade.
