What & why
AGENTS.mdDocumentation and commands still directed durable scratch material tothe repository
tmp/directory. The unified workspace convention is thepersistent
recording/directory (already used by theactivitypluginrepository and documented by the umbrella workspace), so agents no longer place
durable material in a directory the convention does not use.
