   • Explicitly update sandbox references to Phodopus (Piccolo Fork) in Hero Badge 2, Hero Lede, Bento Card 02, Showcase Stage (Reel 03), and distribution packaging specs per ADR 0012.
2. Hero Platform Positioning:
   • Update headline to 极简微内核 · 高度可编程终端工作区平台 / SMALL CORE. HIGHLY PROGRAMMABLE TERMINAL PLATFORM.
   • Incorporate core architectural principle into Hero lede: "Small core. Stable API. Everything composable. Extensions own the experience."
3. Bento Card Pillars:
   • Align Bento Cards 01-03 with Terminal Truth, Phodopus Sandbox, and Declarative ConfigPlan.
4. Architectural Positioning Comparison Matrix (TerminalMatrix.astro):
   • Add dedicated comparison matrix component comparing Bitty against Alacritty, WezTerm, and Warp across 6 core architectural dimensions.
5. Quality Gates & Verification:
   • All tests (371 passed), format, lints, accessibility audits (0 failures), dist validation, and dry-run deploy pass.
