Preserve original WSL extension help bytes in scratch-path exemptions #2200

The unpublished WSL scratch-path lint fix splits the extension help string with concat! and removes one leading space from two path-mapping lines. Compiling the exact, unmodified component_help_text function extracted from parent b99059bc proves both lines originally have two leading spaces. Parent help is 10,479 bytes; the unpublished patch produces 10,477 bytes.

Restore the missing spaces and correct the byte regression assertions while retaining the narrow, documented exemptions for intentional WSL guest paths. WSL path conversion and validation must remain unchanged.

Acceptance criteria:

• Compile the exact parent function automatically extracted from Git, without editing its source, and capture its raw output.
• Compare all help bytes and prove equality after the correction.
• Preserve all WSL path conversion semantics and fail-closed validation.
• Pass relevant help/component/WSL tests, repository gates, MSRV checking, and secret/diff checks; document genuine environment or pre-existing blockers.
• Keep the patch limited to the two scoped source files, with portable evidence under ignored recording/ctx-1306/.

Implementation stops before push, pull request creation, or merge for independent commander review.
