Clarifies Schematics' role as the external-resource control plane in the WorldVM family and distinguishes its plans from WorldVM's durable Program execution.
Updates the README, architecture guide, and llms.txt with all six Schema Reflection libraries, current adoption and maturity, Effect compatibility boundaries, and planned integrations; removes shipped features from the roadmap and documents the pinned local toolchain.

Validation: pnpm format:check, pnpm llms:check, and git diff --check passed.
