We find it challenging to find the right atlas slice during 'Atlas registration' because the atlas slice and the brain image are next to each other instead of overlying, like in the other steps. QuickNII handles this step really well and I think something similar would make 'Atlas registration' easier and more precise. They basically overlay the atlas and the brain image and have a slider to change the opacity of either, so you can check whether the atlas slice aligns with the brain image as you move along the AP axis. This would be great to have in Brainways controlled by keyboard shortcuts to change the opacity.
