Takes very long to run

• Python version: 3.9.2.0
• Operating System: Windows 11 32GB RAM

Description

I am running the analysis for cfos count, on preview. The preview is taking about 1.5 hours to finish running. I tried with .czi and .ets images, each about 6 GB and 1.6 GB respectively. Is there any way to speed up the analysis, use another format of images for example?

Thank you for using Brainways! To run cell counting in reasonable time, it is required to run Brainways on a computer with NVIDIA GPU, and installing TensorFlow with GPU support in the same python environment as Brainways. Details on how to do this can be found in the Brainways docs and TensorFlow website.
