I noticed that when creating a new Brainways project, atlas options such as "kim_mouse_10um" and "kim_mouse_25um" are available. However, automatic registration cannot be performed for these because no pre-trained model weights exist.
Could you please consider providing pre-trained registration models for these Kim Lab atlases ("Enhanced and Unified Mouse Brain Atlas")?
These atlases offer more detailed segmentation compared to the standard Allen Mouse Brain Atlas and could greatly enhance registration accuracy and downstream analysis for users requiring high-resolution anatomical detail. Moreover, few automatic mapping tools currently support this refined atlas, so adding these models would be of great benefit to the community.
I understand that developing these models requires significant effort and data.
